How do I restore my purchase?

If you’ve already purchased a PDF Genius subscription, there’s no need to restore your purchase manually.

Access your subscription

  1. Sign in using the same email address you used when purchasing your subscription.

  2. Once you’re signed in, your active subscription should be applied to your account automatically.

My subscription isn’t showing

If your subscription doesn’t appear after signing in:

  • Make sure you’re using the same email address you used during checkout.

  • Refresh the page or sign out and sign back in.

  • Verify that your purchase was completed successfully.
