Why does the charge look different?
The billing descriptor shown on your statement may not always display “PDF Genius” as the merchant name. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the charge description may vary slightly.
If you don’t recognize a charge but believe it may be related to PDF Genius, we recommend checking:
The date of your purchase
The charged amount
The email address used to complete your purchase
