Before you delete your account
If you have an active subscription, we recommend canceling it before requesting account deletion.
Deleting your account will remove your access to PDF Genius. If your subscription is still active when your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access or use your remaining subscription period.

Send an email to [email protected] using the email address associated with your PDF Genius account.
Let us know that you’d like to permanently delete your account.
What happens after my account is deleted?
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your request has been processed, you’ll lose access to your PDF Genius account, including your subscription information and any account-related data.
